Piggery Nativity Visit December 2025

Year 6, Year 4 and Unicorn Class visited the local pig farm to see a live nativity and meet some cute piglets!

 

 

Christmas Tree Assembly 2025

The whole school came together to see each amazing Christmas Tree. The theme this year that tied all our trees together was Christmas Carols.

 

Big Soup Share

One of our favourite events of the year! The children made soups, bread and puddings from locally grown, donated or foraged ingredients and shared them at the community day.

 

Bishop Stephen Lake Visit

We were blessed to welcome Bishop Stephen to our school. We broke bread, shared lots of questions and answers as well as asking God for help to protect and guide him.

 

Candlemass Service

We came together to share the story of Mary and Joseph bringing the baby Jesus to the temple to be presented to God. Each class was presented with a special candle to take back to their classroom for Class Collective Worship. We invited governors and visitors from our community to come forward and share a blessing over their candles.

 

Christmas Tree Assembly

The school came together so each class could share their Christmas Tree design. Each tree showed a different country from around the world and shared how Christians from that country celebrate Christmas.

 

Harvest Service

Our first church service of the year where we thanked God for the generous donations for Devizes Food Bank and welcomed our Receptions to our school community with blessings from Reverend Richard and Reverend Sam.

 

Whole School Communion Service

Our Year 6 children worked with Reverend Richard and Reverend Sam to lead the whole school in our Communion Service. They worked together to welcome the congregation, share readings from the Bible , prepare and present Communion.
